What’s the key parameters of hearing system?

OPSL90: The maximum output of device. For most usage, the OPSL90 must >110dB.

HFA: High-Frequency Average Gain. For most Moderate hearing loss, the HFA must >30dB. For most Severe hearing loss, the HFA must >38dB.

THD: Total harmonic distortion, Ratio of sum of the powers of all the harmonics to

the power of the fundamental. Smaller is better.

Frequency Range:The output frequency response range. The high frequency effect voice resolution. For most presbycusis, they often have heavy high frequency loss. Widely range means more clear.

Is this hearing device effective for people with hearing loss?

This device is suite for Middle- Moderate- Severe hearing loss.

What’s Channel and how important?

Most cheaper/Low-end hearing device is one channel or analog system. Only digital hearing device has more than one channels. More channels means the voice is more clear and more smooth. Digital system manage the different frequency band with different gain, that’s make user more comfortable.

How many charge cycles can this hearing device go through? Are they serviceable or will they need to be replaced at that point?

The battery life has 1000 charging cycles, which is roughly 3 years. After this, the batteries will continue working, but the run-time may reduce. For users who are out of warranty, we provides a deep discount towards the purchase of a new system or contact our agent to be replaced.

Does this device support Bluetooth or not? What the version?

Yes, this device is Bluetooth 5.2. You can listening music, calling and watching TV by Bluetooth. (Specially note: For IPHONE, when call coming must take call by press the key on hearing device or change the voice source to hearing device channel manually on IPHONE, otherwise there is no sound in hearing device.)

Does this device can connect a smartphone app?

What exactly can be adjusted by APP?

Bluetooth enabled in 30’s after take it out from charging case. If Bluetooth connected, you can choose different mode(Mode 1: full band compensation, Mode 2: Low frequency compensation, Mode 3: High frequency compensation, Mode 4: Middle frequency compensation).  

For detail adjustment, EQ can personalize and adjust the settings. Change the different value on every frequency point, to find the suitable hearing feeling.

Is the any echo noise?

No, This device using high speed and advanced algorithm to reduce echo noise.

What is the warranty of this device?

This device has one-year factory warranty. In warranty, we will repair or replace it for free.

How often does the charging base itself requires recharging?

With consistent daily use, it will need to be recharged every-day.The hearing device contain 10-13 hours of runtime, the charging case provides 2 full product charges.

Is it waterproof?

This Amplifier is not waterproof. We recommend using a drying device to keep any moisture away from the electronic circuitry. 

How is the sound quality?

It’s 16 Channel digital Hearing system, Sound quality is very good.

Does it have T-coil technology?

T-coils are only used on closed ear hearing devices. The device is an open ear unit and does not have a T-coil. 

Are they FDA approved?

An electronic product or PSAP(Personal Sound Amplifier Products) does not require FDA approval.

What is the difference between a hearing aid and a hearing amplifier?

Both are wearable sound-amplifying devices that input sound, digitally process it and then deliver it to the ear. They both look alike and many have the same advanced hi-tech circuits.
