3. Quality guarantee 15+ testing procedure before delivery
We have complete and professional quality control system, and for each unique product before delivery, it will go through several strict test and make sure the required performance and stability of the machine.
4. On site/on line Production and Quality production supervision.
Customer own the product supervision right, and for each important process during the manufacturing and testing (or to be defined by customer’s request), by means of on site check or on line check. Meanwhile, we will also provide traceable records for check.
5. Packing&Transportation
Wooden pallet packing or or to be defined by customer.
6. Leading time
For standard product, approximately 15 working days before delivery.
For customized product, approximately 20~30 working days before delivery.
Order quantity/customization requirements can also affect the leading time.
7. Warranty/ Payment terms
2 years of warranty at least.
For the first order we normally accept T/T, 30%+70%. Regular customer payment terms to be negotiated by both parties.
8.Difference Between Power Transformer and Distribution Transformer
(1)Transformer Size / Insulation Level:Power transformers have a higher insulation level than distribution transformers
(2)Iron Losses and Copper Losses:Power transformers lose energy as heat due to eddy current losses in their steel laminations and hysteresis losses in the core material. Distribution transformers don’t have any iron parts, so they have lower iron losses than power transformers. They also lose energy due to hysteresis losses in the core material.
(3)Maximum Efficiency:Power transformers are generally less efficient than distribution transformers because of their larger size and heavier currents.
9.Dry Type Transformer VS Oil Filled Transformer
(1)Dry-Type Transformer:A dry-type transformer is a motionless piece of equipment that uses environmentally acceptable temperature insulation systems. They are also known as “cast resin type transformers.”
(2)Oil-Filled Transformer:Oil-filled or oil-immersed transformers are voltage conversion devices that use oil to keep the transformer cool. This type of transformer structure is mounted in a welded steel oil tank filled with oil.
