1.How can I make an order ?
Visit the website and contact us. tell us the quantity and the size and material if necessary and send us the artwork if you have then we will check total cost and make a PI for you. We will make the item after you paid 30% deposit and deliver the good after you paid 70% balance.
2. What's your packing for items ?
Our standard packing is the opp bag for every item and packing them together by cartons , but don't worry , we can make sure the goods will not damaged generally, and we can change the packing way if you want.
3.How you control your quanlity ?
We QC team check every masonic key chain before sending . but a small number of item may be damged by long distance shipment. Replacement items will be sent together with your next order .
4.Which payment can you accept ?
Usually, we accept paypal, Western Union , Escrow. and you should pay 30%dopost before mass production and 70% balance before deliver.
5.When and how can I get the Iitems
Generally,we will deliver the good by UPS/DHL/ FedEx .and I t's a door-door service.you will got it about 10-15days after you paid .
