Yes.Please feel free to contact us. We’re welcome sample order for a test and a check of quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

5. What is your lead time and the shipping method?
It depends on the order quantity and the season in which you place the order.
For samples, it normally takes 1-3 days, while mass order would need 5-7 days according to the quantity. For customized products, it roughly needs about 30 days, including opening the molds.
The goods can be shipped by sea, air, or express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, etc.). Please confirm the specific shipping method and time with us before placing your order.
Q6. What about your product quality? Do you have quality control?
We pay great attention to product quality. There are 4 quality inspection procedures in our company, including IQC, IPQC, OQC, FQC. In addition, we have spent a lot on purchasing professional quality inspection equipment to control and improve our product quality.
Q7. Can you please offer IES files for Dialux?
Yes. We have testing equipment with well-known brand “EVERFINE” for integrating sphere and dark room. We can offer IES files for your each orders.
Q8. How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, our products are produced under a strict quality control system and the defective rate is less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights along with new orders for small quantities.
For defective batch products, we will repair and resend them to you or we can discuss solutions including recall according to the actual situation.
